Jimmy Grants to open in Sydney Central Plaza and Newtown this month
Founded in Melbourne, Jimmy Grants specialises in Greek souvas filled with meat and chips, just like they’re made in Greece. Jimmy Grants’ signature souva, Mr Papadopoulos, includes slow-roasted lamb, mustard aioli, chips, onions and parsley.
The menu also features share plates with a choice of lamb or chicken, fresh salads and grains, as well as a selection of desserts and MAdE Establishment’s recently launched organic soda range, Tricycle.
“Stores will feature graffiti murals and vintage photographs alongside repurposed and industrial materials,” he said.
