Proud Sprout Café opens in Fitzroy offering a Nepalese inspired menu

Owners Karishma and Waseem crossed the river to Fitzroy to open their latest venture Proud Sprout Café, bringing with them a love of Nepalese cooking and flavours. The husband and wife team created the menu with a nod to their respective upbringing growing up in Nepal and Sri Lanka.
